Fish were sick

They are all dead, tank is clean with correct ph level, apparently they weren’t healthy

Fish are very healthy

I made sure I had my aquarium balanced and ready for the new fish. Once they arrived I followed all instructions and things went smoothly. It's been a week now and all fish are still doing great. Would definitely recommend them!

These are the basic tetras that are just like Glofish, but without the coloring. They arrived healthy and look great.

Beautiful, as advertised

These 'starlight white' tetras are just your standard white skirt tetra and could be purchased from most local fish stores. I chose to purchase them from glofish because my local fish store's fish don't look healthy. Upon opening the shipping box the fish were very active, healthy and had no damaged fins. I've had them for almost 5 days now and they are doing great.
