Refund policy

14-Day Fish Guarantee If any of your fish do not arrive alive or do not stay alive for 14 days, we will refund the cost of the fish. You must provide proof of the loss with a photo upon request. Please send pictures of deceased fish to gf-support@spectrumbrands.com

Returns Live fish cannot be returned to GloFish. 

Refunds (if applicable) If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at gf-support@spectrumbrands.com.
