Temperature Delays: Fish are sensitive to high and low temperatures. To ensure your fish make the journey safely, we reserve the right to hold orders until the temperatures are safe for their arrival. This generally means no overnight temps of less than 32°F (40°F for barbs).
I was overjoyed to purchase 2 starfire angels when they restocked, however that joy quickly turned to heartbreak when both arrived dead. The water was freezing cold and the bag had small holes. I don't know if there was even enough oxygen. Although I was refunded, I would much rather have preferred the offer of shipping replacements instead. My experience was not good.

In situations like this, we would have also preferred to offer replacements, especially for highly anticipated species like the Starfire Angels. I still don't have any fish but they have $100. My first order arrived as literal skeletons. Extremely emaciated. All 3 died within hours. I emailed customer service immediately and asked several questions, all of which were ignored in their very limited response. I was told it would be A WEEK before they would send replacements. Today was delivery day but I never got a shipping email and have never received a package. No one answers the customer service line when you call. I thought by ordering directly from GloFish I'd have a more favorable experience than buying from sickly chain store tanks. So far, I have nothing to show for my purchase.

All the fish died in a week
Out of the Batch 4 of them were very healthy3 was not Really wish they could make the large Size ones available I feel Like they stand a better chance of survival
Not sure why I had my doubts about this purchase as ordering live fish for long distance travel is always a 50/50 risk. I have to say my entire order arrived quickly and all were healthy & alive. I wanted to order just 2 but ordered 3 instead. They came very fast. I was all set up with my 55 gallon and live plants. Followed instructions and let them go. They are so pretty to watch. Their color got so much stronger after the first day or two. I was lucky to have 2 females one very large. It’s been a week and I’m even more excited to see them. Btw my tank is in the center of the house and can be seen everywhere. In the dark in low blue light they shine so brilliantly! They seem so friendly and have such great character tyvm guys!
1. The angelfish (1 of 2) you sent arrived I had to do immediate isolation and treatment on it's poor finless body. I could see the sad little thing on it's side, fins chewed off awash in obviously polluted water. It took four days for it to recover enough to start eating again. 2. Both angelfish I would consider of poor quality, both being very mottled. 3. The pristellas were fine, happy and healthy. 4. Not likely to buy from you again

I bought 3 red angels and unfornuatley one didn't make the trip. Glofish customer service was excellent. I will definitely buy from them again.
I got 3. I was please when I realized that 2 of them are Peral skin. They are doing great.
I have ordered total of eight GloFish® Starfire Red® Angelfish in three separate occasions hoping that I will receive a couple of Veil Long Fins as shown in the catalog but I was disappointed that all I received are standard fins. :-(
