GloFish® Starfire Red® Angelfish (1 ct)

The GloFish® Starfire Red® Angelfish is a bright and eye-catching choice for a freshwater aquarium. Its care needs are similar to those of traditional angelfish. It can be a rewarding addition for aquarists who are ready to meet those needs.

With proper care and a healthy diet, this angelfish may reach maturity in about six months to one year. As it grows, its body shape, color, and patterns may become more defined.

Some fish may develop dark patches, marbling, or speckles as they mature. These markings are also seen in traditional angelfish. Each fish may have its own distinct look.

Set-Up Your Tank

• Make sure it all works: We suggest your tank be set-up for at least 24 hours before ordering fish to ensure all equipment is working.
• Use a heater: GloFish® fish enjoy tropical temperatures of 76-80F.
• Make Them Shine Their Brightest: GloFish® fish absorb light and then re-emit it, so their unique fluorescent colors will appear brighter and more vibrant as the amount of light is increased. So the more blue light you have the more your fish will shine!

Feed Your Fish

• Feed two to three times daily, in small amounts, only as much as your fish can eat in a minute or so.
• Danios, tetras, and barbs GloFish Special Flake food or GloFish® MicroCrisp Food
• GloFish® Sharks and Cory Catfish need GloFish® Wafers.
• Treat all your fish to GloFish® Daphnia Treat that aids in digestion.
