Bolivian Ram

Add the beauty of Bolivia’s rivers to your aquarium with the Bolivian Ram. This freshwater fish is known for its gentle nature and stunning colors. Its mix of gold, pink, and blue tones, along with its tall dorsal fin, makes it a standout in any tank.

The Bolivian Ram thrives in community tanks and is easy to care for. It works well with a variety of tank mates, making it a great choice for both new and experienced aquarists. While it does not fluoresce like GloFish, it pairs well with them, creating a balanced and peaceful tank environment.

Set-Up Your Tank

• Make sure it all works: We suggest your tank be set-up for at least 24 hours before ordering fish to ensure all equipment is working.
• Use a heater: GloFish® fish enjoy tropical temperatures of 76-80F.
• Make Them Shine Their Brightest: GloFish® fish absorb light and then re-emit it, so their unique fluorescent colors will appear brighter and more vibrant as the amount of light is increased. So the more blue light you have the more your fish will shine!

• Follow this acclimation guide to make sure they adjust to their new home.

Feed Your Fish

• Feed two to three times daily, in small amounts, only as much as your fish can eat in a minute or so.
• Danios, tetras, and barbs GloFish Special Flake food or GloFish® MicroCrisp Food
• GloFish® Sharks and Cory Catfish need GloFish® Wafers.
• Treat all your fish to GloFish® Daphnia Treat that aids in digestion.

Unauthorized production, distribution, intentional breeding, and sales or trades of GloFish® fish offspring are strictly prohibited without proper FDA approvals.

Temperature Delays: Fish are sensitive to high and low temperatures. To ensure your fish make the journey safely, we reserve the right to hold orders until the temperatures are safe for their arrival. This generally means no overnight temps of less than 32°F (40°F for barbs).
