I LOVE THEM. FEBRUARY 25 I HAD A MASSIVE STROKE THAT LEFT ME PARALYZED ON MY LEFT SIDE AND IN A WHEELCHAIR. I BEEN BUYING FISH FROM YOU GUY'S FOR YEARS. WHEN I HAD MY STROKE I REMAINED IN THE HOSPITAL OVER A MONTH AND A HALF, DOING THAT TIME I LOST MOST OF MY FISH. I'M SO IN LOVE WITH MY NEWEST BABIES. THANKS SO MUCH

I have ordered fish from here alot and I’ve never had an issue, until recently I ordered some fish, and 2 were dead upon delivery. And I got the wrong fish, I ordered short finned fish and got long finned fish.

I read many poor reviews yet still ordered from GloFish. The shipping was excellent. It was on time and the fish were well packed. However I lost 5 barbs after the first 24 hours and now on day 5 have lost all 12. The Platys, sharks and cats are doing great. And yes I tested my water prior to ordering and 3 days after they started dieing and was within the expected ranges. I sent an email when I was at 5 dead and received a reply asking me if I wanted to have a refund. I haven't heard anything for several days. I most certainly will not buy from them again.

These fish are amazing. After acclimating to my tank, they have done well. Some are more vibrant than others. One prior fish did not survive on shipping, which GloFish refunded me for. Overall, they are amazing, and once I get a bigger tank, I will buy more!

The sharks and fish don't seem to be interested in the wafers at all, Shrimp pellets are more to their linking in my experience, but had to give them a try to see.

I love them but two of them were dead on arrival and do to my wife not taking pictures there’s no refund in site. Super unfortunate....
