Lost 2 fish first day. Was reimbursed. Fish had ich (this is the norm from ordering online to get spread of ich). Fixed it with heat/aquarium salt. Tip: do NOT use chemical means to treat ich with these fish. Only use heat/salt to prevent fatalities. Other fish seem healthy and I’m happy with them.

Terrible experience

Ordered x3 Red and x3 Pink. Got x6 pink. Was told they were different but even in blue light the fish were clearly pink and not one was red. An invasive snail was in the bag that had to be removed. A bad case of ich spread and all the fish bought, as well as most of my previous fish, died. The ich treatment stained the aquarium, decor, and ruined water parameters.

It was nice to know this company this is my second time to order. At the first time I didn’t have any problems everything was good I was happy, but this time I was order three Kind of Skirt tetra, three long fin Skirt tetra, and glofish star fire Angelfish . They come sick, they had the ick. They give me 50% off but still 3 of them along with few of my old fish died. it was sad experience for me

Red don't appear red

We love this company and look forward to ordering. However, this time we specifically wanted to add the red ones to our tank and we're disappointed. Upon arrival I actually thought they sent me six pink. I have given them three weeks to adjust and they still only look pink in the tank. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed with a purchase from here but beware that the red ones are essentially just hot pink.

Fish died

the glowfish pristella getra arrived with snipped tail and fins then died. then customer service tell me to treat my tank. glofish refused to replace of refund.

Crazy cool fish

I thought these fish schooled. They will team up with other ones to chase the others, but then they are right back to being territorial of their section of the tank. It’s the craziest thing. I can sit and watch them for a long time. The blue ones don’t glow in the blacklight, but they are beautiful.

VERY cute fish!

I ordered twelve and received 12 (good!)! All were in fine shape, moving around and HUNGRY. Followed acclimation instructions to a "T" and so far, so good. As they are setting up their hierarchy, two are a bit shy and like to stay back in a corner but this morning, all were present and gobbling up their breakfast. Way to go, glo!!!!!

The stars of the aquarium

These tetra glowfish are active, colorful, well mannered members of our community aquarium. They complement their more traditionally colored counterparts very nicely. One glowfish didn’t survive the shipping but the customer service at glowfish more than made up for the loss. This is a great place to get some beautiful fish for your aquarium. Ick

I recently received this purchase and it has ick on all of them after two days. I am now in the process of treating the ick. My tank is a brand new tank so there is no contamination from any other fish as these are the only ones in there. Not ok for this to be my first purchase and had this issue with the fish having this parasite.
