GloFish seems to be an excellent company. Two of my fish arrived dead. I believe the cause was UPS not delivering them until the end of the day. Upon being notified about my dead fish, GloFish immediately returned the appropriate portion of the bill to my credit card. GloFish honors their commitments. Very happy with the fish.

UPS Greatly Damaged the Box, and I got the fish at about 9 pm

Bought the Barb add-on with 6 red barbs, as well as one glo shark. The barbs came as juveniles, and right now they seem a little skittish, maybe trying to figure out the hierarchy, or recovering from the rough treatment of the UPS handling. When UPS showed up the box was completely soaked and the driver told me it was leaking from the side. It showed up at 9 pm even though the box said "Rush! Perishable!" on the side. Needless to say I chewed out the driver and checked the fish before he had a chance to run away. The bag was completely deflated at this point so I rushed to get them acclimated, hopefully all the fish grow into maturity and live long healthy lives, right now they hide in the corner of my tank and very rarely venture out, not sure if they are stressed or if it's normal juvenile behavior for barbs. Only giving this a 4 star review because outside of the late arrival, and rough handling everything seems good so far.

Glo fish barbs sharks plecos

I love them, they are so active and school very well together in a 55 gallon tank and they are great with the regular glo sharks and even the large glo shark to. I almost forgot that the plecos go well also and look great with the others. I had all of them shipped and all were very well packaged and no issues with any of the fish that I received. Very professional and quick to the door. Thanks a lot will definitely purchase again this way in the future.
