The GloFish® Patterned Starfire Red® Angelfish brings brilliant color and dynamic personality to your aquarium. With care requirements identical to their non-fluorescent counterparts, these dazzling fish are both hardy and easy to maintain—making them an excellent choice for aquarists of all experience levels.

One of the most exciting things about this variety is its incredible diversity. Each GloFish® Patterned Starfire Red® Angelfish develops its own unique combination of patterns and markings, ranging from dark patches to speckles and marbling. No two are ever exactly alike, ensuring your aquarium will have a one-of-a-kind display of color and character.

Under proper care and nutrition, these angelfish grow quickly—often reaching full maturity within six months to a year—rewarding you with a continually evolving display of stunning color and individuality.

Set-Up Your Tank

• Make sure it all works: We suggest your tank be set-up for at least 24 hours before ordering fish to ensure all equipment is working.
• Use a heater: GloFish® fish enjoy tropical temperatures of 76-80F.
• Make Them Shine Their Brightest: GloFish® fish absorb light and then re-emit it, so their unique fluorescent colors will appear brighter and more vibrant as the amount of light is increased. So the more blue light you have the more your fish will shine!

Add Your Fish

• Follow this acclimation guide to make sure they adjust to their new home.

Feed Your Fish

• Feed two to three times daily, in small amounts, only as much as your fish can eat in a minute or so.
• Danios, tetras, and barbs GloFish Special Flake food or GloFish® MicroCrisp Food
• GloFish® Sharks and Cory Catfish need GloFish® Wafers.
• Treat all your fish to GloFish® Daphnia Treat that aids in digestion.

Temperature Delays: Fish are sensitive to high and low temperatures. To ensure your fish make the journey safely, we reserve the right to hold orders until the temperatures are safe for their arrival. This generally means no overnight temps of less than 32°F (40°F for barbs).
