Lake Inle Danio Set (5ct)

Bring a touch of Southeast Asia’s beauty to your aquarium with the Lake Inle Danio Set (5ct). These stunning fish come from the clear, plant-filled waters of Lake Inle in Myanmar. With their sleek silvery-blue bodies, soft golden tones, and delicate stripes, they add a calm, natural look to any tank. Their active swimming and schooling behavior make them fun to watch and a great choice for adding life and movement to your setup.

Lake Inle Danio are peaceful and social. They do best in groups of five or more, swimming closely together and exploring their surroundings. They’re perfect for community tanks, getting along well with other non-aggressive fish. This set brings color and energy without extra stress, whether your tank is a planted aquascape or a tropical community.

They are also easy to care for and as a result it makes them great for both beginner and experienced aquarists. They eat a variety of foods and enjoy a mix of:

• High-quality flakes

• Micro-pellets

• Occasional treats like brine shrimp or daphnia

The Lake Inle Danio Set includes five healthy, active Lake Inle Danios, carefully selected and packed. Add them to your aquarium and enjoy the beauty, motion, and peace they bring. Furthermore, they max out at around 3.5" at full maturity, however expect the fish to arrive smaller than this. 

Set-Up Your Tank

• Make sure it all works: We suggest your tank be set-up for at least 24 hours before ordering fish to ensure all equipment is working.
• Use a heater: GloFish® fish enjoy tropical temperatures of 76-80F.
• Make Them Shine Their Brightest: GloFish® fish absorb light and then re-emit it, so their unique fluorescent colors will appear brighter and more vibrant as the amount of light is increased. So the more blue light you have the more your fish will shine!

• Follow this acclimation guide to make sure they adjust to their new home.

Feed Your Fish

• Feed two to three times daily, in small amounts, only as much as your fish can eat in a minute or so.
• Danios, tetras, and barbs GloFish Special Flake food or GloFish® MicroCrisp Food
• GloFish® Sharks and Cory Catfish need GloFish® Wafers.
• Treat all your fish to GloFish® Daphnia Treat that aids in digestion.

Temperature Delays: Fish are sensitive to high and low temperatures. To ensure your fish make the journey safely, we reserve the right to hold orders until the temperatures are safe for their arrival. This generally means no overnight temps of less than 32°F (40°F for barbs).
