Tank Mates Set (11ct)

Build out your freshwater community with the Tank Mates Set (11ct). This non-fluorescent fish set is selected to pair well with GloFish® community aquariums. Together, these fish add movement, contrast, and interest across different areas of the tank.

This 11-count set includes:

• 6 Lake Inle Danios – Active swimmers that bring energy and shimmer to the middle and upper areas of your aquarium.

• 4 Starlight White Tetras – Calm schooling fish that add soft contrast and graceful movement in community setups.

• 1 Common Pleco – A hardy bottom dweller that grazes along aquarium surfaces and adds interest near the lower level of the tank.

These species are not GloFish® live fish and do not fluoresce. Instead, they offer a natural companion look for aquariums that feature GloFish® fish, décor, or lighting. Their mix of swimming styles, colors, and tank levels helps create a more balanced community tank.

The Tank Mates Set (11ct) is a great choice for aquarists who want an easy way to add peaceful community fish to a properly sized freshwater aquarium. For best results, add this set to a well-maintained tank with room for each species’ adult size and care needs.

Set-Up Your Tank

• Make sure it all works: We suggest your tank be set-up for at least 24 hours before ordering fish to ensure all equipment is working.
• Use a heater: GloFish® fish enjoy tropical temperatures of 76-80F.
• Make Them Shine Their Brightest: GloFish® fish absorb light and then re-emit it, so their unique fluorescent colors will appear brighter and more vibrant as the amount of light is increased. So the more blue light you have the more your fish will shine!

Add Your Fish

• Follow this acclimation guide to make sure they adjust to their new home.

Feed Your Fish

• Feed two to three times daily, in small amounts, only as much as your fish can eat in a minute or so.
• Danios, tetras, and barbs GloFish Special Flake food or GloFish® MicroCrisp Food
• GloFish® Sharks and Cory Catfish need GloFish® Wafers.
• Treat all your fish to GloFish® Daphnia Treat that aids in digestion.
