The GloFish® Skirt Tetras are peaceful, moderately active fish that bring vibrant color and movement to your aquarium. While not as fast-moving as some other tetras, they swim gracefully and thrive in groups, creating an eye-catching display. Their hardy nature and calm demeanor make them easy to care for and a great addition to community tanks.

Finally, the Rusty Red Pleco completes the collection. Not only does it help keep your aquarium clean, but it also adds extra personality with its calm demeanor as it explores the bottom of your tank.

You'll receive a total of 10 fish: eight GloFish® StarFire Red® Skirt tetras, one GloFish® Starfire Red® Angelfish, and one Rusty Red Pleco companion fish. Companion fish don't fluoresce but are great for a community tank.

Set-Up Your Tank

• Make sure it all works: We suggest your tank be set-up for at least 24 hours before ordering fish to ensure all equipment is working.
• Use a heater: GloFish® fish enjoy tropical temperatures of 76-80F.
• Make Them Shine Their Brightest: GloFish® fish absorb light and then re-emit it, so their unique fluorescent colors will appear brighter and more vibrant as the amount of light is increased. So the more blue light you have the more your fish will shine!

Add Your Fish

• Follow this acclimation guide to make sure they adjust to their new home.

Feed Your Fish

• Feed two to three times daily, in small amounts, only as much as your fish can eat in a minute or so.
• Danios, tetras, and barbs GloFish Special Flake food or GloFish® MicroCrisp Food
• GloFish® Sharks and Cory Catfish need GloFish® Wafers.
• Treat all your fish to GloFish® Daphnia Treat that aids in digestion.

Temperature Delays: Fish are sensitive to high and low temperatures. To ensure your fish make the journey safely, we reserve the right to hold orders until the temperatures are safe for their arrival. This generally means no overnight temps of less than 32°F (40°F for barbs).
