Winter Shipping Delays

For the safety of your fish, we may hold orders whenever temperatures are too low at your destination or anywhere along the shipping route. Overnight lows near 32°F (40°F for barbs) often require a delay, but these numbers are approximate and do not determine shipping on their own. Final shipping decisions are made at our discretion to ensure the fish travel safely.
